Welcome!
Thank you for considering A Way of Life Yoga and Body Works.
Please consider the following guidelines during your practice,
for your safety and comfort, as well as those around you:
PLEASE SILENCE YOUR CELL PHONE
Please be on time - avoid being more than 10 minutes late
Please try to come to class with an empty stomach
Please avoid wearing perfumes or heavily scented oils/lotions
Please remove shoes before entering studio and place on a shoe tray
Please store personal items in changing room (valuables may be brought into studio)
Please keep a quiet voice when entering while class is in session or visiting with others before class begins
Please stay to the back of the room if you must leave early and do so in a quiet and respectful manner
Please consider a mat of your own (studio mats are for temporary use only)
The most effective way to fully assist and guide you in a comfortable and safe manner,
is to know up front your limitations, experiences and goals.
We are always open to questions or feedback, and invite you to share them as needed.
From time to time throughout the year, the studio will be closed in cases of
extreme weather/school closings, class cancellations, and in honor of holiday time with families.
We hope your yoga journey leads you to
wellness, strength, wisdom, and a long life of happiness and peace.
